BachatApp Studio Usage Rights Agreement

The artist retains full ownership and copyright of all submitted music and stems at all times.

The artist grants BachatApp Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, display and make the stems available within the platform for educational, promotional and experiential purposes.

Users of BachatApp Studio may:

Listen to the music
Isolate instruments and stems
Download stems within the app
Use the music for educational purposes
Use the music in dance classes, workshops and festivals worldwide

The music will not be resold or redistributed as standalone commercial music content. The purpose of this license is educational, promotional and experiential within the platform.
